About Philip

Philip has over 11 years of experience with a focus on coaching and consulting for nonprofit organizations of all sizes—leading high-performing teams that specialize in nonprofit business strategy, business plan development program management, organizational transformation, and operational improvement.

As a strategic and business plan development consultant, Philip leads CEND’s work on strategic and business planning,  helping nonprofits determine how to best accomplish their mission.

Philip earned his MBA in business accounting from the University of Ghana Business School and his BBA in international business from James Madison University in Virginia, USA. As an accountant with extensive experience in business planning and strategic management, Philip has leveraged his accounting expertise and leadership on countless projects for clients and has provided tactical business advice for many nonprofits.
